eBay is now too complicated, and not helpful

eBay has changed vasty and continuously over the years, particular recently. I cannot find the help I need. Nothing is straightforward, and trying to get help is stressful. Attempting to communicate with the eBay 'bot' is enough to make my brain implode. I cannot now find out how to find a particular seller using their username. Is it just me, or is it really difficult to find and access the seller hub, in order to find a particular seller. Navigating round eBay is driving me crazy. I've been with eBay for a long time, and it's not 'out of loyalty'. I've just about had enough. Is it still possible to find a seller using their username? Advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

To find a seller, just use 'advanced search', on the right of 'search' on your front page, then enter the seller's name.

I never use the bot - use 'help & contact' top left of your ebay page and enter a couple of relevant words.

Re: eBay is now too complicated, and not helpful

Thank you very much for your response. I couldn't find the advance search on my eBay page. I don't know if it's because I only have my phone to use eBay, but by chance, (and I'm not quite sure how), I did manage to find the seller I was looking for.

Your help and advice is much appreciated. Thank you.
