eBay have accused me of trying to sell outside of eBay, I haven't at all.

I am selling a PC and ebay has flagged it as a policy violation saying I am trying to sell it outside ebay. I have not said this at all, I belive this is an AI bot they use to monitor these violations that has flagged my sale.   

I have deleted the "offending" passages but they will not stop sending me emails saying i have a policy violation and have not cleared it for sale, and there is no one I can get hold of to complain about it.

Can anyone resolve this?

It would help to see what you think are the words that cause the problem.

The bots can make up words by joining two together making a completely different meaning. Or last letters of one word and first letters of second word.
