Argos as lost my £600 mobile phone I ordered it on end of last month for next day click and collect
But wen I went to collect it I was told that couldn't find it and to come back so I did several times and was told last time that that have simple lost my parcel so I contacted eBay again was told that will open a case and I'd be contacted by a specialist department in 72hrs that never happened then I was told thas same thing countless times iv never contacted by so called special department as I'm writing this I'm on phone to eBay agent simple telling me the same thing iv been hearing for over a week in my eBay purchase it's saying item reddy for collection but I keep going down to Argos to collect hope in that it's there butt it never is so I'm really thrusstrated as seams as eBay is just hoping I'll forget about it . I will not do this I'm out of pocket 600 and I'm told I'm covered with eBay money back but thear is nothing a normal agent can do about it

It would help if Argos change the status of the item so it no longer says ready to collect. Ask them about that. Then select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later.
Failing that contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.

You should go back to Argos, take someone with you for support, ask to speak to the manager and read them the riot act - politely. They are blocking you from getting a refund. If they can't do anything they should be contacting someone who can. Best of luck.
