How bad is eBay AI. It has flagged two of my items which are fine. I can accept mistakes, but it comes to something, when the staff have not got a clue! I received a email about one of the listings, see below. As you can see, it reads I reported my own, the listing will not be removed.
Twice I spoke to staff, once the bloke made no sense. Today, the staff member on the instant message, said the email was spoof! I had to point out, it's not, and it has a eBay document number.
eBay cannot reinstate items?
I pay for a shop where I receive 250 listings, now I have to use one of my own listings, to relist the item. It's pathetic.
