e-Bay credited my account

Hello,

e-Bay credited my account due to me being charged for a re-listing when the purchaser asked for the sale to be canceled.   

It was only a small amount, around £30.00, so I left it sitting on my account. Several days later, it disappeared from my account, and there is no mention of it on my recent statement. Just stating a 0.00 balance.

Does the community have any ideas where this went?

Check your bank account.  If eBay balance is not manually withdrawn within a certain period eBay automatically send it to your nominated bank account.

Automatic payments to nominated bank account happen quarterly, the last one being October 7th. You would have been advised, have you checked bank account.

Your ebay account shows all transactions so if it went in it would also show when it went out to bring balance to 0.

Hi,

It has just vanished; it was around 18th October, and I was informed that my account had been credited. I saw it on my account balance.
Now does not show on my account balance or recent statement. Has not been credited to any of my cards or bank accounts.

did you use this balance to pay for them, this is an option with funds held.

I did not use it to purchase the items - I am unsure if e-Bay would of automatically applied the refund to my purchases?
