ordered an item and my delivery address was the wrong address so i immediately messaged the seller which was 24/jul/2025 thry replied today telling me it was too late to change it even that the item had not even been sent out

Sellers must only post to buyers address that ebay supply to be protected. 

You can change delivery address at checkout before paying. 

You could try opening item not received case, but if tracking shows attempted delivery, you will lose.

It is up to buyers to keep address up to date.

Only solution to protect you and seller is for sale to be cancelled, relisted and bought again.
