 I ordered the wrong size rings contacted the seller they sent me a return label  and said that it would nt cost me to return ,I can not print out this label ,I explained this to seller and asked to print out  a label and post it to me  my reply for the 4th time is to confirm the item  has been posted and I keep telling them that I have not received the return label  . Have tried ebay  AI chat for advice useless .

The seller doesn't have to supply you with a pre-paid returns label, it was kind of them to do this and absorb the cost.

They won't be able to post a label to you, but you can simply return the item yourself from your local Post Office to the address on their label.
