I have recently had dealings with a buyer who I believe to be acting suspiciously on eBay Regarding a couple of items that I purchased from this person and I would like to speak to an agent in order to highlight my concerns but I'm just going round and round in circles and not getting anywhere!!
can anyone help with email address Or a phone number so that I can actually take the matter further

It is very difficult to contact ebay at the moment. There is no phone number or email address either.
To be honest it's probably a complete waste of time reporting anyone verbally to ebay. They rely on reports that come through the reporting features on the site.

As you are writing about the same topic as previously, it's better to stick to a single thread where all of your comments and questions, and mentor responses, will be together.
You have left the seller negative feedback.
You can also use the report a seller link. However, ebay will not tell you what action, if any, they take.
You can protect yourself from some sellers by checking if they are using a private or a business account.
Any seller with over 800 new items, including multiples, is clearly trading and should have a business account.
You can report a seller using the button below.

I presume you meant that you have had dealings with a seller who seems to be acting suspiciously?
If you have bought and paid for the items there's probably not much point in contacting eBay at this stage. The best thing to do would be to familiarise yourself with eBay's money back guarantee, which you may need to use if you don't receive them or they are not as described, see: https://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/
If you haven't paid yet, why not explain what the problem is, when someone here will probably be able to advise you what to do?

Duplicate question!
angelchain, please don't post a second question on the same subject. It's frustrating when we try to help, only to find that the same question was already asked and answered.
If you want to develop the question you originally asked you can add to it on the same thread.
