combine shipping request

Buyers say that when they request combine shipping on orders from me it states a message

"that i do not offer this" but i have always offered combine shipping and has worked in the past .

not just one buyer but several in last few weeks?

any suggestions please

Assuming Simple Delivery was on your listings combining is not working properly at the moment.  

You can send them together and if you paid for any extra labels you can cancel them here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller

If the buyer paid for them they will be refunded automatically in 30 days.   The payments for the untracked items will be released in 14 days.

The alternative would be to cancel/refund the transactions with the buyer's agreement and relist with items on one listing and a single postage cost for the buyer to buy and pay again.

Sorry I've just seen you're a business seller so Simple Delivery won't apply although I wonder if non-SD listings are also affected at the moment.
