combine postage for 2 separate items bought by buyer

a buyer has bought 2 separate items, the invoice has combined the two. Do i just buy a reduced postage and refund the difference to the buyer?

If before the buyer paid, you could have sent a revised invoice with correct postage charge, but as when you refund ebay also refunds part of the selling fee, you will end up no worse off.

You must however use the refund link in the drop down menu, to get the fee refund. You may find the refund link can be found by scrolling down the menu.

Hi, Is it normal to contact the buyer to tell them what i am doing (as in partial refund for reduced postage)  ? Im new to selling so not sure.

Ok, right, will ebay refund the difference in bought postage? or do i refund the difference? sorry for the questions, im new to this.
