Re: collecting an item

It's safest to cancel the transaction (with buyer's agreement) via the dropdown menu arrow alongside the item on your orders page.   Then relist as collection only for the buyer to buy and pay again.   They will receive a collection confirmation code in an email to give to you.

See "Proof of collection" on here:

Re: collecting an item

You can always let a buyer collect but without the code you won't have proof and in theory the buyer could claim the money back later.

If you had postage cost on the listing with simple delivery that means buyer has pre-paid and they automatically receive refund for a unused label in 30 days.
