i am completely unsatisfied with ebay policy. While they don't sell product without product promotion and we will get problem from the buyer they get the product and claim as not received and ebay put us the below performance grade. and also they remove seller from the promotion of the product, while they are not able to promote the product how the seller can improve the account label? they even dont have the seller supports team it is really not easy to contact to the ebay team if we facing any kind of the seller problem.
they should think about their system instead they refused to seller. they take charges to each of the sold product. and there is no any benefits to the seller even though the professional seller like company. i am a representative from a company and i am permanently closing my account from the ebay
