change of delivery address

Hi - after I printed postage label my buyer asked for item to be sent to a different address - how do I change this ?

You only have ebay protection when posting to buyer's address supplied when ebay tell they have paid,

If you post elsewhere, no ebay back up.

You could cancel, problem with buyers address, then relist so buyer can update address before paying.

if you send to any address other then the one eBay gave you then you lose all protection.
