Hi,
Can anybody guide me about a situation where a transaction defected " cases closes without seller resolution" In october was my shop status above standard but due to a defect transaction in november shop status (current) below standard. I appealed for that defect which ebay customer service accepted my appeal and then they removed that defect transaction point from my seller performance. Here just wanted to ask if a defect took to me below standard but same defect removed then should be seller level above standard or not ? Now need to wait till 20 december as Next evaluation 20 Dec. Before 20 Dec is possible that ebay can review my current status and updated it?

All you can do is to contact eBay Customer Services ,see if they can review your account now.
I do recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning at 8 a.m. on weekdays, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Did you appeal before or after the November evaluation?
I think it's highly unlikely that completed evaluations are run again once finalised, so you are stuck with November's now.
