i want to buy this camera and i have already made an offer but it's automatically was declined . i contacted the seller and he said he didn't decline it and he is willing for that offer . the price is 4336 and i want to pay 4250 and he is ok with this but ebay automatically declined it

Your seller must have a minimum to be accepted,  ask them to check.

Is the camera on as a Buy it Now price?  The seller can revise the price to the one you have both agreed acceptable.

If buyer makes an offer, it includes BPF, so seller will get less.

Maybe the net figure was below their minimum amount.

If seller makes offer, ebay add on BPF.

Is this a private seller?

If so your offer of £4250 will be shown to the seller as you have received an offer of £4250 and will receive £xxxx which is your offer price minus the buyer fee,if this is lower than the sellers minimum then auto reject will kick in,your offer includes the buyer fee but the amount the seller receives will be your offer minus the fee so less than £4250
