Virtually impossible, Ebay does not want suggestions or complaints.
At the end of the day, ebay can only make suggestions, you do not and I never would follow any of their suggestions.
If you sell on ebay, they will suggest starting at 99p with free postage, anyone who follows this sort of suggestion is just throwing money away.

eBay is just a selling platform, users navigate their way around it so I'm not sure what you mean here?
Can you elaborate?

If you use a search and specify a type of toothbrush head and the first one it offers you are incompatible, are they at fault?
I've been offered money back, but the postage makes it almost worthless?
Is this my fault for clicking on eBays suggestion?
If so what are you supposed to do with eBays search engine?
Ignore, if so why have it!

The problem with a search is that it picks up on key words, not always specifically what you put in.
So you end up with with broad spectrum of items, you have to refine results to get what you want.
This happens on lots of sites, especially Google, so not just an ebay issue.

My question, NOW, should be rephrased as, how do you talk to eBay if you have a problem with their site?
Not including a bot that knows all??
Thank you.

so, take any suggestions eBay offers with a pinch of salt.
very annoying.
I would say, you get some good deals, but a bunch of con artists at worst.

Good luck - when you find the answer, let us know what it is!
eBay does not have a complaints procedure and their policy on suggestions is that they do not accept suggestions from members. If you contact customer support to complain they're liable to say anything to get you off the line, or just cut you off.
You wouldn't get anywhere with your complaint about the search system anyway. They're all the same - even Amazon's. Perhaps one day AI will give us search engines that understand exactly what we're looking for. (I doubt it, because what they want is for you to buy something, even if it isn't an exact match!)
