postage label will not print for address given, it's asking me to change it

Hi, Having sold an item, the postage label will not print and it is asking me to change the address.

What can I do to sort this?

Clarify with buyer, quite often members use the O (letter) when they mean 0 (number) particularly in Post Codes. Or the other way round.

Thank you for your help. I will remember that for future sales.

I actually managed to sort it eventually as I realised the address was longer than the allowed 35 characters.
