Sold an item with postage cost didn't offer collection.

Buyer wants to know as they will be working in the area I live can they collect and pay cash?

First what happens about them paying cash as there will be no buyer protection to pay and also

how do I mark as paid for and collected.

If you are happy with this you need to cancel that sale and relist as collection only.

Buyer needs to pay through checkout before you can provide a collection address.

Buyer needs to give you the collection code before you hand over the item.

Payment by cash is not an approved form of payment, and as said contact details cannot be provided until paid in approved way.
