buyer confirms delivery but ebay doesnt and holds funds

i posted item tracked , buyer has confirmed delivery in messages but tracking not working as delivery still not confirmed in ebay so holding my funds

The only confirmation of delivery that ebay accepts at the moment is tracking showing delivery.

If it doesn't, then you will have to wait the published 14 days.

You are not alone with this issue.

Seems it could be an issue with this new Buyers Protection Fee rules, as eBay's tracking for one,  is slow to update, and if Royal  Mail have not scanned the items correctly would delay that payout.

Now your item's payout may be subject to a 14 day hold,  unless the tracking updates, then the payout will be available 2 days after the delivery date.
