buyer collected the item but still shows arrange collection

hey all

Ebay is useless to contact them. I sold something onebay , I got paid via ebay bit collection was in person . I did not know I needed to scan a QR code or needed a code from the buyer . I cannot to anything as the buyer does not respond to me that took the item and share the code. How to I mark it as collected?

There's nothing you can do without the code.   You will have to wait 14 days for the money to be released but you will get it in the end.
