buy it now reached but auction is still live

Hi.

An item i'm currently selling with a buy it now option seems to have glitched.  The buyer has bought the item, but the listing is still live.  The help section is confirming the item has been purchased.  When I try and revise the listing, buy it now is showing locked.  I attempt to end the listing but it's saying I may be charged.

Never really experienced this.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

I assume it is the galaxy tab.

If you list as auction and BIN, as soon as bid made BIN disappears and listing carries on as auction until its end time.

Your tab has two bids and 4 days to go in the auction.  If you had a buy it now it will have disappeared with the first bid.  It hasn't sold and won't sell until the auction ends even if the bids reach what you set as the buy it now price.

Could you screenshot the help page that shows it is sold and whatever makes you think a buyer has bought it?
