blocked member bidding

why is the member I blocked making offers to buy? I checked the id in blocked members and they are still making offers! I don't trust buyers with odd behaviour....

If you added the buyer by UserID to your blocked bidder list here,then you need to add a comma at the end. https://www.ebay.co.uk/bmgt/BuyerBlock?

If there bidding on any of your items then look to cancel there bids http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?CancelBidShow

If there making offers then decline.
