i sold an item to a buyer and evri lost my parcel therefore it most likely wont arrive

If you do not have tracking to show delivery,  then ask your buyer to open a case for item not received.

Accept the case,  and fully refund your buyer throuugh the  case details within 3 days.

That way,  your seller fees are refunded,  and your seller fees refunded
