Hi, can anyone advise please. My eBay app stopped working due to demanding l update it. Unfortunately for me the new version my phone is to old to accommodate it and l deleted the old one. How can l get back an app that is working please. Thank you

The latest eBay app version is no longer compatible with android 9 and below. It actually requires OS android 10 and above. If you have another device with android 10 and above you can check the most recently updated eBay app version and see if you can view images.

If you are using OS android 10 and above and still have issues with viewing images on the app please let me know. State what version you use and type of device and I'll have it looked into further by tech.
