Hi all, trying to open my ebay app, today and my phone says app version no longer supported, please update to latest version  which I have tried multiple times but it keeps on lopping  someone has mocked up at ebay big time, I've seen loads off the same complaint but nothing from ebay

A Community Manager posted the following information  on these boards a few days ago:

The latest eBay app version is no longer compatible with android 9 and below. It actually requires OS android 10 and above. If you have another device with android 10 and above you can check the most recently updated eBay app version and see if you can view images.

If you are using OS android 10 and above and still have issues with viewing images on the app please let me know. State what version you use and type of device and I'll have it looked into further by tech.
