account restriction

Hi everyone,

I recently created a new account on eBay and tried to list my first item, but it says my account is temporarily restricted from listing.

I didn’t receive any email or warning about this, so I’m a bit confused. Since I’m new, I haven’t intentionally broken any rules.

Has anyone experienced this before? What could be the reason, and how can I fix it?

Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!

You need to add bank account and have it verified.

You are registered in Pakistan and should be using the global site https://www.ebay.com/ this UK site is for UK registered sellers

I have linked it with Payoneer. Will it work? It is successfully verified
and connected with Payoneer.

Right, I should have been using the global site https://www.ebay.com/
from the beginning. Should I create a new account or just log in? How can
the restriction be removed? Please guide me, respected.

You should be able to log in to .com and manage your account from there.

However, if you registered on ebay.co.uk, then you need to start again with a new account on .com.
