Hi seller sold a wrong item he put different name and whenever item came it was different straight away i put return but seller close return case and not responding i want to return it and i wanna buy actual item seller also charged higher price for that item i need help

if the seller sent you the wrong item you needed to open a not as described case and the seller cannot close that.
