about suspension

Hi, my account was suspended, after contacting with ebay helpline they reinstated my account. I am listing my products everything is fine. But, i am seeing a banner on my store that my account is suspended see message.  can anybody please guide me?

Is there anything in your messages, perhaps you haven't registered for eBay's Managed Payments,  see below.

First you need to log out of this UK sit,  and log into www.ebay.com to continue.

when i went to ebay.com to check the payment manage payments. is says

Your payment information is not available on international eBay sites. To
view and update this information, please go to Payments on the GB site

and, i am registered on uk site.

i am continue-sly trying to contact ebay live support or their agent. but, ebay bot is not connecting me with them.

As you are in Pakistan you will need to close this account and register a new one on ebay.com as tressygirl advised.

eBay uk accounts can only have payments made to a UK bank and you will have to register with Payoneer to receive payments on ebay.com

This account is not registered in the UK ,  it shows it is registered in Pakistan. 

This is where the issue lies the country of registration, if you believe you are registered in the UK,  your account clearly shows this is not the case.

I was talking about the region. I registered my account at ebay.co.uk by using my details in pakistan. Sorry, you didn't got my point. And, after creating my account was blocked. Then, i requested for a call. UK live support called me on my number. I highlighted my issue with them. And, they reinstated my account. They also requested me to check and list item. While on call, i listed a product to check if my account is reinstated. And, yes! It was working fine. But, now i am seeing a suspended banner when i tried to request for increasing my selling limits. But, my account is working fine. even i posted one listing on my store. And, it is fine as well. I hope you understand now.

Sorry,  but if you click on your feedback score that brings up your Feedback Profile, and it shows country of registration Pakistan, it has nothing to do with regions, that is not relevant when registering on eBay UK.

To sell here in the UK,  and you are residing in the UK , you may need to open another account when here in the UK , with a UK address.  For this,  only eBay Customer Services can help you , you need to contact them to have the correct country registered on your account.

It must read registered in the UK not Pakistan , otherwise bank accounts cannot be aligned to work with eBay's Managed Payments.

If you are residing in Pakistan, then a Payonner bank account needs to be added to Managed Payments so you ca receive payouts from your sales.

Yes, i told you that i registered my account using my details in pakistan at www.ebay.co.uk. You didn't check the issue of my account. Let me tell you again. I am seeing a suspended banner on my account while it is working fine. I want to solve it. My account is working fine. as i stated it was reinstated after contacting with the call helpline. I requested my bot to ( ask us to call you) he asked for my number. then, i received a call from uk ebay live support. They reinstated my account after checking everything. But, i am still seeing a suspended banner on my shop. Thats the issue only.

Please may I remind you,  we cannot check details of your account we are members like  yourself,  all we can see is your Feedback Profile which shows country of registration... Pakistan.  We have no other access.

You need to contact Customer Services to help you with this issue,  as they do have full access to your account.
