a seller said she sent the item / then lied / now refuses to communicate / i am carer / 30 days pass

So, I ordered an item paid over 101 pounds. sept.
Communicated and trusted the seller.
I'm a carer abroad, and wouldn't be back in london until nov.
I told her as long as I get in nov.  She seemed nice enough.
I get to london nov. the item is not delivered.
I email her. she doesn't respond.  i email and take out
complaint with ebay. the guy at ebay says
so he said i have to CANCEL the complaint request.  and i did.
Then 5 days go by nov 27.. and nothing.  after 3 hours on ebay
and 3 different people ADAM THE SUPERVISOR SAYS TO ME.
ITS AFTER 30 DAYS.. WE WON'T GIVE YOU A REFUND EVEN IF
YOU ARE A CARER, EVEN IF YOU ARE DEALING WITH A TERMINALLY
ILL 90 SOMETIHNG IN AND OUT OF HOSPICES AND HOSPITALS..
AND SO AS I EXPLAINED "I HAD NO TIME / I TRUSTED THE SELLER"
AND YET SHE RIPPED ME OFF OF 101 POUNDS.. NO ITEM.. NO MONEY
SO I WANT TO ASK SOMEONE HERE.. WHAT CAN I DO.  i have tried
to ask ebay to intervene and they won't even chat.. / when i go to CHAT
option they have my usa phone number.. and i'm abroad... so i can't
speak to anyone.. and no one on CHAT.. and the SELLER STILL REFUSES TO
COMMUNICATE.. SO SHE GETS 101 POUNDS.. AND THE ITEM?
WHAT CAN I DO ? please anyone.. EBAY IS AN THEY LIED.
ONE REP  said to me "oh you got the refund but you need a payapl
account for us to deposit into your account"
they lie at ebay TOTAL TOTAL TOTAL LIERS.

You were too late to open a case through Ebay.  You have 30 days only to report an item that has not arrived.  I don't know why Customer Services promised you would get a refund when you were out of time to ask Ebay to step in and force a refund.

You can try your payment source.  Unless the seller has tracking proving delivery, you may be eligible for a chargeback.
