Zero feedback buyer

Hello,

 

I have recently sold a reasonably high value item (£600), I have selected the appropriate postage option for this (Royal Mail Next Day 1pm).

 

So the thing is, the buyer has zero feedback, the username kind of matches the name of the one on the address, however under the buyer name, it says a completey different name. Their account was started in 2022.

 

I have messaged them just to ask about it and they said it's their Uncle's account, he lives with his Uncle and they both use the same eBay account (but I assume they must never use it having zero feedback?).

 

What would you do in this situation?

Zero feedback buyer

We all started at zero and if account hasn't been used for a while it will also show zero as ebay only count feedback In last 12 months for score.

As long as you post to address supplied by eBay when buyer pays, you should be fine.

Make sure tracking is uploaded when posting.
