Hi I have posted my parcel through Yodel, it has gone missing and the last tracking was at their depot its been over a week and they have failed to find it. They have now told me because I purchased the postage through eBay to back to them for reimbursement. I can’t find the link for (Packlink Shipping SL) as yodel are trying to wash their hands of it which is very annoying and frustrating. How do I resolve this nightmare as the parcel was on its way to the buyer thanks in advance
