Hi, Can anyone help please
I wrongly marked an item as paid and can't find how to undo it.
The item was a subject of a cancellation request which i had denied. Then I agreed with the buyer that they could have it cheaper. I couldn't find anywhere that let me cancel the item. I think this was because i had denied the cancellation request.
I have now relisted the item at the agreed reduced price, the buyer has paid and i have printed off the postage label. The item however is still showing in its previous life as 'paid'.
Can some one please help me here, i'm so confused!

I can only suggest cancelling the first sale using reason "buyer's request" as obviously by relisting he does not expect two.
Once marked as psid it cannot be changed to unpaid, and buyer cannot pay.

You can't cancel an order once a cancellation has been declined.
