I accidentally changed the weight on the wrong listing and someone bought it. It's to be shipped to the US from the UK but the postage the buyer paid won't be enough for that weight of package.
I'm able to change the weight for me to post it to the global shipping centre correctly but will they refuse to forward it on to the buyer since their postage is underpaid or is there some way for me to pay the difference?

It's probably best to cancel the current transaction (refund will be issued in the process) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again. Obviously warn them first.

Thank you
I thought that but I was hoping for some way around it
I've already messaged the buyer about it and that's what we're going to do

These days it's hard to change postage, especially after the buyer has paid.

Yeah, I wish I hadn't bothered with global shipping, then I could've just paid the difference myself.
I might've been out of pocket since the thing is so heavy!
