Wrong pick up address for DHL

I have sold a item and the buyer has chosen dhl collection but the address is my old address and I can’t change it.

Cancel transaction with buyer's agreement via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders list.  Correct your address then relist for the buyer to buy again.
