Wrong mattress delivered after case opened and closed.

I ordered a mattress  it took almost two weeks to arrive. I opened a case and closed it. Then they finally delivered but it’s not the right one far inferior. What can I do. EBay say because a case was opened and closed they won’t step in. But it’s a large item I can’t return it for a refund.

If your first case was a "not received" one you can still open a "not as described" return.   So start a return on here:

select "Doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.    Do not close until the refund has been issued
