It so frustrating that eBay issued a normal delivery label for an expensive item which only offer £20 if item is lost in transit. I had to buy my own lable for £8.50 as next day delivery. Now because i did not use original label no tracking info is updated but my buyer has received the item 2 days ago. My payment is onhold, there is no way to contact ebay customer support, it is a ridiculously inefficient process where they make it so difficult to contact. How come such a big company cannot hire a decent customer experience person who can design a good process.
