Morning, when dropping off two items at the post office the assistant mixed up the address labels resulting in my buyers receiving the wrong items.
I trust I've done the right thing by asking them to return the items to myself (I've paid the returned postage) . I can then start the process again. My question......is/was there an alternative solution that I don't know about, or was this the only option?

Aside from a claim from the PO,yes your right in what you have done,but you can't really make them return.

The other lady may take a little longer to send the item back depending on there circumstances, and could open a return request for item not as described for a refund.
