Wrong feedback

I did a feedback wrongly, so I'm trying to delete it as I was trying to do it to another purchase but I have typed to a different one and I didn't know about this until the seller contacted me and asked why I left that feedback so I'm trying to delete it, but I can't. Can you please help me I will attach as a file the screenshot of the feedback that I left

Contact that seller to send you a feedback revision to complete.

Please,  please always contact the seller first,   if you have come  across a problem.  Most will always try and rectify the probem.

Leaving negative feedbacks for good sellers,   impacts their profile,  and may cause them loss of sales.
