Wrong email

Hi wonder if anyone can help. I was due to receive an item today, and when checking the order I noticed the wrong email was attached, I only have the order number. Can anyone tell me how I check the status of the order, TIA

Wrong email

Go to your Purchase history where the item you bought should come up.

 

Then click on order details. That should give you the progress of the item

Does the email address belong to you?

If it does then any information should be there.

If the item is due today then you have to give it a little more time

That is only an estimate and it could take a little longer

Wrong email

Thank you for the reply, will give it a couple days to see if it arrives. The email address doesn't belong to me; it was the wrong one
