Wrong description of item

Item was not as described by seller, eventually seller accepted and issued returns label, after several weeks only a partial refund issued( less than 20%) even though promised full refund. Asked seller for explanation but no answer

If this was a business seller and the item was returned not in the same condition as received,  for example sealed packaging was opened?  If not,  then contact eBay Customer Services, explain you were due a full refund and only received 80%,  see what they say.

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 .m.

On weekends they open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Did you open the return through Ebay?

Normally, returns are refunded quickly and you get the full amount.

if you didn't open a case, then i don't see there is anything you can do now.
