Wrong delivery

Hi
I placed an order for three servings of Japanese green tea. I only received one.
I've already paid a lot of import duties on it.
How can I get the other two packages without paying the import duties again, since this was an incorrect delivery?
Thanks for your reply. Ordernumber:

Wrong delivery

If they were bought in one lot you need to open a "not as described" return rather than a "not received" case because the tracking will show delivered.   So start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

The seller will still have the option to send the missing items or issue a partial refund but do not close your case until they do.   You won't be able to open another one.

If you send it back you can get a refund of the import duty.   See: "If you’re charged too much or return your goods" on here:
