Wrong amount

I was charged a larger amount than was in the description. The discount was not automatically applied.

Apologies for perhaps mis reading your screenshots, but at the bottom it says ' You Save £19.25 ' ?  Discounts and coupons £5 / £14.25  deducted.

At checkout you would have seen what you were being charged.  That's the screenshot we need to see.
