Would like to make an offer but no option to collect

I'd like ot make an offer on and item but when doing so there is no option to collect in person despite this being offered in the listing?

If anyone knows how please?

There have been problems with offers recently.    You could contact the seller with your offer.   If they agree to it ask them to revise the price on the listing for you to buy and collect.
