Won an item and paid a week ago, seller ignores messages and not dispatched.

So I won an auction on 19/3, UK seller,postage RM 48hr. Paid via PayPal next day. No contact from seller despite me sending him 2 messages requesting tracking info.

Item not shown as despatched, no response from seller. His feedback is 1. I looked at previously sold items and the same item was sold on 7/3 but no feedback then relisted. eBay say they can't do anything until expected delivery time has elapsed but now I have noticed it's listed as between 28/3 and 2/4 ?!

I think I am being scammed. Can I just go to PayPal and request a refund.

The actual delivery date will be on the original listing in your purchase history under "orders". Take no notice of the one you are looking at as it is if you were to buy the same item today.

Once the date has passed by one day you can open an Item not received case. Escalate it after 3 working days for your refund.
