Winning bid timed after auction finish time

The winning bid was placed at 2.06.31 BST
The end of auction bidding was 2.06.00 BST therefore the winning bid was accepted after the close of bidding
This cannot be right, can anybody please explain !!

eBay works in 24 hr periods, the auction was submitted at 2.06.31 so finished same time.

What's the listing number?

If you look at the bid history it will show the start time.
