Win a item then seller cancelled

Hi I won a item on ebay then the seller cancelled my order she had put problem with buyers address 

When I message her she said it was because she couldn't change postage to Royal mail and that evri shop had closed down near her??

She put them back on so I bid on them and she ended listing 

Then she put them back on for £10 buy it now and still sent them by evri so I ended up paying double amount I won them for in the first place this is so wrong surely you can't do my??

When I have messaged her she just ignoring my message 😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️

I do not understand why you think you paid postage twice.

If you won, paid and seller cancelled sale, then you would have been refunded in full, it is automatic on cancellation, not down to seller.

Buying again would be a completely different transaction.
