Will we get paid for the confusion with Royal Mail

Hello I've sent my item though the post office today but didn't get a receipt to prove tracking and it seems to not be moving on there tracking app even though I've sent we will still get paid because this is an eBay and Royal Mail problem not the sellers

No reason why you should not get paid after 14 days. I doubt ebay will accept any responsibility.

You say you did not get a receipt, so what tracking are you looking at? Any ebay tracking will be meaningless.

You should read announcements -

From 6 August, we’re also making it easier and faster for our more experienced sellers to receive their funds. This means you can get your funds within 24 hours of the buyer paying. To qualify for faster payment, all you’ll need to do is:

• Complete at least 10 sales with a total of £150 or more within the last 5 years 
• Maintain 2 or fewer cases in the last 12 months 

For those who haven’t yet met the criteria, you’ll be able to track your progress towards this in the Payments tab from 6 Aug. We’ll notify you through the eBay app as soon as you qualify. There may be some cases wherefunds are held for compliance reasons. You can learn more about this on our Help page.

Once it's Marked as delivered then two days later you can get your money
but with out that tracking I was worried that I wouldn't have access to it
and it seems the package isn't moving from Royal Mail end not even stating
that they have it it's just a bit concerning when it's a bit of money on
the line
