let’s hope they haven’t been hacked and we are stuffed for ‘months’ awaiting payment from ebay !

Best work-around is buyers providing feedback when parcels arrive, but that won’t happen every time.

As usual, be nice if ebay commented and advised way forward as AI can’t help, nor could ‘human being’ I chattted with, and I guess all sellers are now in same boat.

Payment take place after 14 days, proof of delivery not needed.

From 6th of August improved payment times, so as long as buyer eventually receives their purchase should be no problem.
