Buyers pay full postage. If you're looking at the amount you've received from ebay, they deduct their selling fee from payments and you receive the rest.

Buyer will always choose the cheapest option where there is a choice displayed.

You do have Evri selected on one of your sold items, the wigs for women.
When you get paid now , eBay take their seller fees as soon as the buyer pays, this is why you're seeing a lesser amount, the benefit of this, is no more monthly invoices.
If you look at the total amount paid it will be the postage and the sale price combined, eBay don't itemise the postage now.
Sometimes, the postage cost is almost identical to the seller fee charged for that item. Seeing a lesser amount paid to you, you may think the whole postage was not paid, but it was the seller fee taken, be assured your full postage cost was paid to you.
