Why is ebay deducting a £1 every time I make a purchase via PayPal. I make a payment that comes out of my bank account via PayPal and then at the same time £1 is being deducted by PayPal for ebay. Has this been happening to anyone else or has my account been hacked or something. I’m not wanting to buy anything more if this is going to happen all the time.
